What changes when hiring is treated as strategy
Most of my work is with technology companies, from venture-backed start-ups to global enterprises. I have also worked in health and wellbeing, financial services, sustainability and health, safety, environment and quality (HSEQ).
Case studies
Global IT services
A 2,500-person company where only 14% of the workforce were women. We built a framework and methodology to attract a wider pool of talent. Women now make up 28% of the workforce, and sales and productivity rose 15%.
SaaS scale-up
A fast-growing software company needed a workforce that could keep up. We made diverse hiring part of how the company scales, not a separate initiative, building a more resilient, higher-performing team for the next stage of growth.
Cloud computing multinational
Working with talent and leadership teams across EMEA, we raised female representation from 16% to 21% in one year. The result was a more diverse leadership team and a 21% rise in sales and productivity.
HR technology start-up
Start-ups needed a hiring process that was both fair and fast. Working alongside the world's first anonymisation API, we built a competency framework designed for start-ups, giving candidates and hiring teams a quicker, fairer experience.
