Founded by Emma Broadway, Talent Partnership Consulting was born from her belief in the transformative power of collaboration and the increasing need to put people at the heart of processes especially in the most innovative of businesses.
With a rich heritage in consulting and building teams across the startup, scale up and enterprise space, Emma has also worked alongside organisations including Microsoft, Citrix and Confluent, designing, and delivering people centric talent solutions. Emma is also proud to be an expert panel member for the All Party Parliamentary Group on Modernising Employment (APPG MODE) with the Better Hiring Institute (BHI).
