I started Talent Partnership Consulting in 2017 after almost a decade building talent functions from the inside. I had seen what happens when hiring is treated as admin rather than strategy: missed targets, expensive agency bills and leaders who never quite land.
Since then I have worked with start-ups, scale-ups and global companies including Kong, Confluent and Citrix. My focus is go-to-market teams: the sales, partner and customer leaders whose hires make or break a growth plan.
I also sit on the expert panel for the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Modernising Employment (APPG MODE), with the Better Hiring Institute.

Where I've made a difference
Microsoft, D&I Programme Manager, EMEA: designed inclusive hiring training for 1,000+ hiring managers and led Women Think Next, which brought 50 women into Microsoft in six months.
Microsoft, Recruitment Manager: cut agency spend in the partner business by 40% (£600K) in a year and won the Global Lead Talent Acquisition Manager award. Mentored start-ups in Microsoft Ventures.
The Curve Group, Director of RPO: founding partner of a new RPO division, growing it from £250K to £3M in three years and leading a team of 15.
Ochre House (now Cielo), Account Executive: halved hiring costs for Bupa in year one and won over 180 hiring managers to a new way of recruiting.
MeVitae, Global Talent Advisor (2019–2026): built a competency framework for start-ups alongside the world's first anonymisation API.
